Site Visit Initial Consultation – during the initial phone inquiry, we will arrange a consultation and site visit to your home. This meeting will allow us to carry out a site survey and gather all necessary information needed to assess the project.
Planning Permission – we can advise if planning permission will be required. We can recommend planning and design architects with whom we work with regularly, who can assist in the planning application process.
Tendering – following our meeting, we will provide you with a detailed tender for the entire project. We will itemize each task being undertaken and what materials and fittings are included – so that there will be no doubt as to what is being included and excluded from the costing. Normally our tender will include everything needed for the job. If the pricing is accepted, then we will provide you with a start date convenient to you and a schedule of works along with a copy of the payment terms.
Service – we provide a personalised, professional and enthusiastic service to all of our clients throughout the project. From the initial project planning stage, start-up, ongoing development works through to project completion, snag listing and eventual sign off by the client and engineer. Our project manager will advise and alert the client of options as they become available.
