Paddy Wagon Tours building on Washington Street, Cork, update as follows – opening created to adjoining building, steel works completed to support overhead structures, engineer report signed off, prepping begins for plasterboarding and finsh coat. On schedule and on budget!!

We are closing out on the blockwork stage in this house extension and internal alteration work project in Primrose Hill,Tower. The house is a detached bungalow, which will also have a new front porch when finished. We’ll keep you posted on the next stages as they happen.

Applying the finishing touches to this project in Sandown, Grange Heights, in Grange. We have carried out full external wall insulation works to these two 3-bed semi detached homes. With this technique you get a layer of insulation, a sort of blanket effect, to the entire house on the outside. The advantages are many as your house doesn’s experience any loss in space on the inside, there’s no decoration on the outside, and the process helps keep your home warm in the winter and comfortably cool in the summer.

We are knocking through from one building to the other here on Washington Street in this commercial sector renovation project for Paddy Wagon Tours. The clients are extending into the next building, creating a bigger space for their ever expanding retail sector of their business. The project consists of propping the overhead floors on both sides and taking down the blockwork to create the opening. The steel work installation is underway supporting the overhead structure.Here are some images to date:
